Carl Peter was my gg grandfather Jacob my g grandfather.according to Jacobs orbituary peter brought his sons to england to avoid conscription.peters 1st wife was Elizabeth nothing else known.His second wife he married in 1865 Isabella Gibson.Jacob also married a Gibson relationship unknown according to his marriage cert he was a widower.Peter a gardener Jacob en innkeeper.I have lots of bits of info.any thing you have and are willing to share I would be grateful for, what I have you are welcome to share.Susan
