Emma Henries, maiden name, is my grandmother born October 11, 1917. She had sisters named Marie, Elizabeth, and Katherine. I have her mother's name as Rachel Nelson. I have her father's name as Ruben Preston Henries, and I may have seen him listed somewhere as "Press". I think that Ruben P's mother and father are Chales and Sarah. This Charles was born in North Carolina in 1849. Their childeren were born in Alabama with the exception of Ruben and one other who was born in Florida. Any more information would be greatly appreciated. I think I had a trace back to Germany with Neils P. Henries, but I will have to double check that.
