The early emigrants (1888-89) went from parish of Haverö, Medelpad, the other from the parish of Överhogdal in Härjedalen, Sweden.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Brita Maria Henriksdotter b. 1859, se below&lt;br&gt;Per Johan Sigfrid Henriksson b. 1861, emigrated around 1888, no document telling where.&lt;br&gt;Erik Axel Henriksson b. 1863, emigrated 1889 via Trondheim Norway to New York.&lt;br&gt;Karl Henriksson b. 1865, emigrated 1888 via Trondheim Norway to New York.&lt;br&gt;Anna Erika Henriksdotter b. 1869, se below&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Sven Johannesson b. 1860 and his wife Brita Maria (above) b. 1859 went to Wadena, Sask. 1909 together with their daughter Anna Maria born 1887.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Other children of Sven and Brita Maria:&lt;br&gt;Henrik Svensson b. 1886 emigrated 1904 to ?????&lt;br&gt;Emma Kristina b. 1889 and Mia K. b. 1893 emigrated 1909 to Valley City ND together with uncle Karl above.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jöns Nilsson b. 1849 and his wife Anna Erika (above) b. 1869 emigrated to Texas but returned latest 1894.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Children of Jöns and Anna Erika:&lt;br&gt;Maria Viktoria Nilsson b. 1890 emigrated 1916 to Shaunavon, Sask. together with her daughter Anna 6 years old. &lt;br&gt;Anna Erika Nilsson b. 1897 emigrated 1921 to Shaunavon, Sask&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Obviously  Charles (Karl) Henriksson who originally left Sweden 1888 travelled several times over the Atlantic Ocean. The places in North America mentioned are all from emigration registration documents. The only document  from “over there” which put anyone on the map is a register of  members (1916) from Salem Lutheran Church in Shaunavon Sask. stating Charlie Henriksson b. 20 jan 1865 in Överhogdal as a member.&lt;br&gt;</description>

      <description>Oluf Henrikson b. 4 Oct, 1858 in Drammen,Buskerud,Norway is my grandfather. Oluf had 2 sisters(Mari Henriksen b. 1849 in Drammen),(Susane Henriksen b. 1851 in Drammen. He also had 1 brother (Hagbert Henrikson b. 1854 in Drammen. Oluf came to America(I am not sure what year) and from what I have been told his brother Hagbert and his sister Susane come with him. I believe they settled in Wisconsin or Minnasota. Oluf eventually ended up in Utah. I would appreciate any information I can find. I would like to find Hagbert's and Susane's decendants. Va.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Friday, September 5, 2003&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;AUBURN, W. Va.-Karen Ingrid Henrikson, 51, formerly of Canterbury,&lt;br&gt;died Aug. 30 after a long illness.  She was born in Cleveland, the daughter of&lt;br&gt;Karl and Violet Henrikson.  She graduated from Rippowam High School in&lt;br&gt;Stamford, Conn.  She attended the University of Pennsylvaina and graduated&lt;br&gt;from Harvard Law School in 1986.  Henrikson practiced law in New&lt;br&gt;Hampshire and West Virginia.  She enjoyed living and working at her farm in&lt;br&gt;West Virginia.  She was active in community and environmental organizations in&lt;br&gt;New Hampshire and West Virginia.  Survivors include a daughter, Anna&lt;br&gt;Moffett of Canterbury; her parents, Karl and Violet Henrikson of&lt;br&gt;Marlborough, Mass.; a brother, Karl Henrikson of Winchester, Mass.; and a&lt;br&gt;sister, Kathleen Jensen of Esparde, Denmark.  Memorial services will be held&lt;br&gt;Sunday at 3 p.m. at Canterbury United Community Church in Canterbury&lt;br&gt;Center.  A reception will follow the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial&lt;br&gt;donations may be made to the Southern Poverty Law Center, 400 Washington&lt;br&gt;Ave., Montgomery, Ala. 36104.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Note: I am of no relation, but my sympathies go out to those of you who are.&lt;br&gt;This is here as a lasting memorial for Ms. Henrikson.</description>

      <description>My father, Carl Edwin Henrikson, was born in Torsby, Sweden on Aug 16, 1893 and died in Reno, NV Jul 24, 1945. He had 8 siblings, Henning Olaf, b. Jul 8, 1880  d. Oct 12, 1947, Martha Kirstina, b. Jan 12, 1888  d. about 1908 in childbirth, Helen Matilda, b. Mar 3, 1890  d. in CleElum, Washington, Fred Byor, b. Jan 30, 1892, lived in the Grand Forks, North Dakota area in the 1950's, Reuben, b. Jan 6, 1899, Karen, b. Dec 14, 1899, married Albert Asp and died in Berkeley, CA, Otto, b. Sep 5, 1903, d. Jan 12, 1954 in San Francisco, CA, married Emma Hill, had four children, I have all their names and addresses, then Edla was the youngest, she died at about 2 years of age in North Dakota. All of my father's siblings were born at Stensgard, a large farm outside of Torsby, in Vaarmland, Sweden. They came to America in about 1902 and homesteaded a farm outside of Tioga, North Dakota. Would like to find out more about this family, don't know where helen's children are, or Fred's. Henning or Reuben never married. My Grandparents were Per Johan Henrikson, b. Dec 16, 1859, d. May 18, 1932 in Tioga, ND and Inga Marie Schroeder,b. Nov 16, 1860, d. Mar 12, 1940 in Tioga, ND. Have more genealogy I got from Sweden. Would love to contact anyone from this family.</description>

      <description>Looking for Maryann or Robert Henrikson children&lt;br&gt;of Joseph and Ann (Choinska)Henrikson. Mother&lt;br&gt;used to live on Lafeyette St. in New Britain,&lt;br&gt;Connecticut. Father had two brothers John and&lt;br&gt;Toge Henrikson. One sister Ann May, she owned&lt;br&gt;a grocery store on Shuttle Meadow Ave. in NBC.&lt;br&gt;Father used to work for Svea Coal Co. on Stanley&lt;br&gt;St. NBC. Mother worked in the laundry room&lt;br&gt;of the New Britain General Hosp. Don't know&lt;br&gt;much about the mother the father was my Uncle.&lt;br&gt;He said he had a picture of Maryann, this would&lt;br&gt;have been in 1968. Maryann would be in her late&lt;br&gt;50's. Robert early 50's.&lt;br&gt;Fathers parents were John and Augusta Henrikson.&lt;br&gt;The family was born in Sweden. The grandparents&lt;br&gt;used to live near the First Lutheran Church on&lt;br&gt;Franklin Square.&lt;br&gt;When a young child Maryann used to come to Bradley&lt;br&gt;St. to visit her Aunt and Uncle, Evelyn and Toge&lt;br&gt;Henrikson. They had 3 children.&lt;br&gt;Maryann attended New Britain Senior High School.&lt;br&gt;The spelling on the mothers maiden name I'm&lt;br&gt;not sure of. The mother used to list her married&lt;br&gt;name in the phone book as Herinskon. Don't know &lt;br&gt;if company error or the way she spelled it.&lt;br&gt;Both children were placed in foster homes.</description>

All from Norway, had a farm in Minnesota. Some of the Brothers kept the name of their Farm in Norway. Agnete is my Great Grand Mother on my Father's maternal side and Henrik and Berta were her parents. Anyone out there related to us?       <description>Hello,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I am looking for three great uncles named Henriksson born in Sweden, Dalarna Province, Vansbro Kommun, village of Noret. The father was Knuts Henrik Johansson  mother was Skinnar Greta Matsdoter, The first name of these parents is the "farm" name.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Erik, Anders and Olof are the missing ones.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Erik Henriksson was born in 1871 emigrating to Merrillan, WI in 1888&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Anders Henriksson was born 1863 and emigrated in 1883, possibly to Merrillan, WI. He emigrated with his brother Johan Henriksson (born in 1860 who married and died in Merrillan, WI.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Olof Henriksson was born in 1865 and emigrated in 1888 on the ship Panther, supposedly to Portland, OR Kristina, Henriksdotter, his sister, accompanied him. She later married a minister named J. Edgren and moved to Iowa where she died.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The remainder of the family emigrated to Merrillan, WI, in 1888 on the ship Romeo possibly after going to Cokato, MN, first.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have acquired the genealogy on the Henriksson family from the church books in Sweden.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Hej da,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Jerry</description>

He emigrated obout the year 1905 to USA from Hanko by ship named "Urania" (12. 04 1905).&lt;br&gt;From England with Ship "Campania" 22.04. 1905&lt;br&gt;to New York. He married with Justine Aho. They got at least one daughter named Dagmar.&lt;br&gt;Anthon disappered in the voyage from USA to Finland.</description>
