Death of Mr. Charles Henry Heptonstall in India

Anyone interested in a copy of the U.S. Department of State's "Report of the Death of an American Citizen" for Mr. Charles Henry Heptonstall, please contact me so I can conduct research to locate the record. Mr. Heptonstall died in India on December 27, 1936.

i am trying to trace my full family tree the family name is heptonstall. my grandparents were alan and irene (rene) they had 6 children Brian tony susan margeret john and michael. they used to live at 7 sunnybank micklefield. renes maiden name was hargreaves and both alan and rene died in 1996 along with brian.
