Go to ancestry.com and look up the family tree "Jonas Wiklund Descendents". You will find a Herald beginning with Charles L. Herald in 1857. Many of my family came through and/or stayed in Ontario. I don't have any info for you. One oddity is that a radio DJ in Seattle uses email davidherald@hotmail.com.......mine is daveherald@hotmail.com Maybe he can help you.
