Would like to connect with any descendants of the Eckart/Eckhard HERMANN family who moved from Pennsylvania around 1860 and settled in Goodhue County, Minnesota. Children were Heinrich (Henry John), George and Gustav (August). There may also have been a girl. I believe both Henry and George stayed in Minnesota. Gustav m Ingeberg Paasch and eventually moved his family to Seattle, Washington. Census records indicate the parents came from Prussia. I haven't been able to find where in Pennsylvania they were before coming to Minnesota. Eckart may have immigrated with others in his family, so would like to hear also from anyone with Pennsylvania roots.
