Looking for Hermann family from Ohio

Looking for the Gertrude Hermann Fierstos family that came from Germany in the 1840-1860 range. Have lost notes from my wife's Grandparents on this line of the family. Believe her father was Jacob. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
