Looking for the Robert Hildreth family. He was married to a Frances. There had maybe 7 children.

Robert killed a William Taylor in Anson County, NC in about 1848 and was hanged for this. What happened to his wife. Some of the children were in the poor house in 1850--60.

They connect to the William Bailey Line from Anson Co, NC. 2 of Robert Hildreth children; Louisa and Nancy was living with the Bailey family in 1850 in Anson Co, NC. Did these children move th Calhoun County, Mississippi with the Bailey's???
