Martin Hiler was the son of John M. Hiler. John was born about 1760 in NJ and died 1843 at Penfield Twp, Monroe Co, NY. John had nearly 18 children according to the listings here on this site and probably had at least two wives. One of his sons was Martin Hiler (1789-1873) who married one of the daughters of my ancestor, Mathew VanDeusen. I am trying to learn more about Martin and his wife and also about the larger John M. Hiler family.
There have been two excellent lineages submitted to Ancestry about the John M. Hiler family but the online addresses of the submitters have gone out and no responses come back.
Are there any other descendants of John M. Hiler here? Would surely like to hear from them.
