Classification: Death
Surnames: Hiler / Hilor / Hyler
I received Communication from Western State Hospital today, that William C. Hiler - did infact die while at their facility in 1910. See attached scanned image of their index card. Unfortunately, there ware no other admission records or relaese of body records outside of this index card. Some notations in the letter from Western State Hospital say:
" After extensive research, we found no other written documentation pertaining to Mr. Hiler. There is a master index card, which is attached, with all the statistical data avail;able at the time of his admission. We checked the Death Register and there is a notation in the log that 'the body was returned to the family' and the date of death is entered as October 17, 1910."

Index card details:

So, I am still stuck as to who William C. Hiler's parents were. Anyone out there broken through to this line yet?
Please help. Thanks, Donna
