I am researching the Hiley family from Skircoat, Halifax for my husband's family. His Great great grandfather was William Hiley b. 1847 to parents Hannah (b.1814) and James or William- not sure yet. The William on our tree has a sister Hannah who I believe may be your ancestor. There were 10 survivng children in the family. We still live in the Halifax area, any info you can share would be greatly appreciated.
