I found this baptism among some copies of records of the First Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, while researching my family. The church was located at 19th and Peoria Streets in Chicago, IL, and it's records are some of the few that survived the Chicago Fire. They are now on microfilm at the Newberry Library.
