my brother has the family tree book, there is a carl hilgendorf in there and he has some brothers, there were living in saint clair shores, michigan. they were in the news paper about Henry Ford helped carl hilgendorf and his family years ago, he taught them to be mechanics and they worked for Henry Ford. I will get ahold of my brother and find out if its the same one I'm thinking of.
