Another tidbit...
Valentine Hilger came to America from Bavaria 9 Oct. 1844 with his Mother (Susan) and brother Peter... Not his son Peter.... Perhaps others that I am not aware of... My father tells of them being in Wisconsin...~ 1850's - 1860's.. Also says that Valentine visited his Father (?) prior to his death in Pennsylvania. Date ???
