Some of my relatives in Holland emigrated to the USA. One of them was Frederick Hilgerink, who went abroad between 1870-1877. In 1877 he married Susanne Wiot. Frederick died in the year of 1931, Tiffin (OHIO) I believe he had one or more children; Frank, William (Bill) and Gertrud.
I hope one of you recognizes some details and can tell me more about the descenders.
