Lillian Hilgert was born 1880 Nodaway County Missouri. Her parents were Joseph Hilgert and Rachel Wilcox Hilgert.At some point her parents settled in St James Missouri. Lillian married William Bartoff and at the time of her mothers death in 1926 was living in New London Missouri.
