my hilton ancestry is
james hilton born 1775 married pamelia they had a son named willliam born in 1812(?) married martha ford they had a son Daniel Fletcher Hilton married mary emmeline quillen(?) they had a son arthur Bruce Hilton married sara christina smith they had a son Perry Clifford Hilton married Mildred Grace Cross and they had a son George Allen Hilton married Trula Mae Gragg whom are my parents. We believe James came from St. Mary's in Maryland to North Carolina which the area eventually come to belong in to Sullivan co. Tennessee.
