Seeking information on the ancestors of Adolphe and Marie Himel, mar. about 1861, probably in Assumption Par. Had at least seven children including April, Adolphine, Avis, Amicie, Emile, and Madin. Adolphe b. ca. 1840, d. 13 Dec 1917 Assumption Par. Haven't been able to locate him in the 1850 census; suspect Ascension Parish in 1850. I don't have much to share but you're welcome to all I have.
