Wallace and Frank emigrated to Canada then returned as part of the expeditionary forces to fight in WW1 -Wallace died at beginning of war and Frank died just before the end. Would love to trace where they lived in Canada -nr Halifax I think- and how can I research the Canada aspect when they never returned there..
Are there any census papers for the area?
