as this information will assist us to link you up with the main branches.The first Hindmarsh was recorded in the 13th century.The family Arms date from the 1550,s and are based on the hind the red deer, plus marsh.Only two examples of the family arms are genuine and recorded at the College of Arms in London. The rest originated in the 1880's and were though up by the writers and publishers. Good hunting
