Looking for information on the Hites family from Ottertail Minnesota. My grandfather, Fred Hites, deceased 1949-51,at age 46, married Katherine Farmer. Their Son Steve E Hites, is my father born 8/1928. Fred had several brothers (5-6)? that lived in Ohio and moved out west pre world war II. Never been in touch with them, but had heard through family that they had dropped the "s" to become Hite. Any information on this family would be helpful. Does anyone know Fred Hites family?
