Ho, Oliver K.
Oliver K. Ho, born in Stockton, Ca. January 20, 1924, passed away at home Oct 1, 2007. He was the only son of Marjorie and Kimball Ho. Oliver lived in San Francisco, Honolulu and his last 50 years in Pasadena. Oliver served in the Army in WWII and later in the Korean War. He was discharged as a 1st Lt. from the Air Force. He graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, ID, where he established the Mr & Mrs Oliver K Ho Scholarship Fund for deserving students. Oliver was active in Pasadena community affairs, including the Pasadena Respiratory Health Foundation, Boy Scouts of America, Troop 369, and over 25 years in the Pasadena Rotary. He took particular pleasure in golf and extensive traveling with his family. He is survived by his wife, Betty, children, Douglas (Lyta), Stephen & Rebecca and grandchildren Erin & Ethan. Services were private. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Pasadena Rotary Foundation, 474 W. Walnut #2, Pasadena, CA 91103
