There are many Hocks in Louisiana also. My gr-grandmother was Marie Ida Hock, m. Sidney Andre Boudreaux. Marie Ida Hock's father was Lucas Hock, m. Ida Estivenne (Stevens). Lucas and Ida had 8 children. This Hock family is from Thibodeaux, LA. The children: Jean, Elizabeth, Nolia, Magnolia, Emma, Joseph, Marie Ida, Milton.

The parents of Lucas Hock were Jean Ramon Hock and Thesia Rogaire. They had 9 children. The children: Jean, Harry, William, Bridget, Joseph, Zula, Thomas, Lovely, Louisiana.

The parents of Jean Ramon Hock were Jean Roman Hock and Nanette Anne Arceneaux. I have found 2 children from that marriage.
