Joseph H. HOCUT married Margaret WRIGHT in app 1880's. Their children, all born in Texas were Vollie Mae, Thomas Ira, Laura, Margaret, Dora, and John. Joseph H. HOCUT b.11.24.1857 d. 1.7.1940 and Margaret (WRIGHT) HOCUT b.11.26.1859 d. 3.9.1921 and are both buried in the Wrightsboro Cemetery, in Gonzales County, Texas. One of their sons, Thomas Ira HOCUT born 6.20.1886 married my grandmother Vergie Lorene LINDSEY. Vergie was born 9.22.1898 and died 9.1.1989. Thomas Ira HOCUT and Vergie Lorene (LINDSEY) HOCUT, are both buried in Conroe, Texas. She was born in Weldon, Texas to John LINDSEY and Carolina Pelaritha (SMITH) Lindsey.
