Buel-Hogarty
As a surprise to their many friends, came news of the marriage of Mamie G. Buel and R.A. Hogarty last Sunday, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Hogarty of Minneapolis. The ceremony was performed by Probate Judge Meiller on the presence of Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Hogarty. Mrs. D.J. Meiller, Mr. and Mrs. Willis Hogarty and Pauline.
Both the bride and bridegroom are well liked young people and have lived in Ottawa County all their lives. The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Dave Knott of Culver. She has for about six years been a saleslady in the Baldwin store at Ada. The bridegroom is a prosperous farmer and is well and favorably known. A sumptuous wedding dinner was served at the Willis Hogarty home on New Years day, after which the newly-married couple went to their farm home north of Ada, where they will live. Best wishes of their friends accompany them.
