Who is Edmund West, the collector of the Ancestry.com data file named "Family Data Collection-Individual Records"? He has collected a lot of information on John Hoisington (1680-1728) and family. How reliable is it? Can Edmund West or his company be contacted? I have tried to get this information from Ancestry, without success.
