Barzava Hoisington
Hi everyone,
I am looking for any documentation that shows that Barzava Hoisington was the son of Major Joab Hoisington. I am particularly interested in any birth records (circa 1775) that might be in Windsor, Vt's Old South Church or the town of Woodstock.
He is also named in his mother Mary Boardman/Hoisington/Smith's will. Mary married John Smith, one of Joab's Captain's sometime around 1784/85. If anyone has a copy of that, I would greatly appreciate you forwarding same!
Barzava is my 5th-Great Grandfather, and an original Buckeye (he is on the 1803 Census that allowed Ohio's admission as a State). Joab is my 6th-Great Grandfather.
