Aloha to all,
I write this message in hopes to find my family out there with the surname Hoke. I understand that there may be many. The Hoke in which I am looking for come from Hawaii. Mainly I am looking for the Descendents of Ting Sing Hok(sp?)and Kahula Kaapana.
Ting Sing Hok worked as a cook for the Greenwell Family at their coffee farm from approximately 1860 to 1890. He then relocated to Honolulu. The family name while in O'ahu changed from Ting Sing to Hoke.
