I am still in hopes that someone might see this post of my Grandfather and have info on him. I have been searching and can not find anything. He was married to Alice Virginia Oldaker they had two sons Garland Ray and Albert McCelland (my father ) the last I have found out was they lived in Ohio before their divorce... I am inclined to believe Charles might have died in Ohio.
