My gggrandfather reportedly came to Wilson Co., TX from LA with a good deal of gold and proceeded to buy slaves and set up a farming operation. He married Elizabeth Wiley and lived his life out in that area.

Anyone know who his parents were? Someone suggested it could be Holstun of TN???
