Trying to help my son-in-law find his roots. His father was Charles Edward Holt. Charles was married several times. Once possibly to John Steinbeck's ex wife. Once to a woman named Earnestine Trapp. He had at least two sons and a daughter with Earnestine. Lastly he was married to Judith Denney Hall. He had two sons with her, Patrick Denney Holt, Sr, and Carlos Gregory Holt. He lived for a time in Clarksville, TN. DOB 1919, DOD 1994. If you may have info we would appreciate it. He has been told Charles' father was named William, and mother was named Eleanor or Elenora Lovell. Their graves are supposed to be in Sringfield Cemetary in Madison, TN.
