I recently found the will of Lewis Holton who died in Guilford County, North Carolina in 1805. He named the following children.

Sally CESSENCY(I believe this to be DOLLY SISNEY - Sally most likely is transcription mistake)

Nancy RANNOLDS (This most likely Nancy Reynolds)

Rachel BARTLEY

Hannah Holton Alias COE (Granddaughter) - Hannah's mother is Sarah Holton who married John COE. She would be another daughter of Lewis.

Lewis RANNOLDS/REYNOLDS (Grandson)

John COE, SR.

Dinah Holton (Daughter)

I am researching his daughter DOLLY SISNEY married to Stephen SISNEY/CISNEY/CESSNA

I cannot seem to find Lewis Holton in any records. I have tried the 1790 & 1800 census, but he just doesn't show up.

I would so appreciate any clue that might help point me towards putting this family in some kind of order. Thank you so much.
