I am researching my husbands line whom are Holt's. I am in need of help.
This line of Holt's I have few if no information on. What I know is Elmer Everett Holt b. 5-11-1918 in Nebraska. His mother's maiden name is Schmidt. I believe he was adopted after birth. I'm not sure if John Holt is Father or Step father. There is also a Charles whom I am not sure if he is also a Step father or father. He has 1 brother of which I do not know if they are Step brothers or siblings. I am also not sure if his mother's name was Elizabeth Schmidt or if Elizabeth was his step mother.

Elmer married Margaret Quinn Aug. 4, 1940. In Willow Springs, MO. They had 3 children James, Robert, and Judy.

Elmer passed in 1-15-1991
Margaret was b. 6-24-1918 Margaret passed 2-19-02
