30, writer. Edinburgh, son of George Home of Whitefield, Duns, Berwickshire.
Jacobite. Prisoner at Carlisle and Lancaster. Transported on the "Veteran", master John Richy, from Liverpool for the Leeward Islands 5 May 1747. Liberated by a French privateer and landed on Martinique June 1747.
