There are lots of Hourigans and their descendants living in Marion County Kentucky, Texas, Missouri, and even Indianapolis, Indiana. They are all descendants of Patrick Hourigan who came to America about 1765 and who fought in the American Revolution.
My mother was Pauline Hourigan, born in Gravel SWitch, Kentucky, USA.
