To Teresa Murphy, my grandmothers name was also Julia Hourihan, and her father,s name was John Hourihan, born in Corby Ireland 1848.However I believe her to have been born in Bethnal Green London abt.1877,I also think she may have had a twin brother called Timothy. My grandmother married William Joseph Murphy born abt.1877 possibly in Fermoy Co.Cork.They married in1905 in the Shoreditch area(Hoxton) in a Roman Catholic church ceromony.I think your father was my Uncle Joe,who played the bagpipes, if so Teresa that makes us first cousins. If you think we have any connections, please ignore the above E-Mail, however you can contact me on mary256@blueyonder.co.uk my maiden name is also Murphy.
