What part of GA and FL for these families?

I'm looking for a Simon (Simmons) Howard and Josie Hatcher. Their children:

William Jasper "Buck" 4/12/1856 - 1/15/1950 Bay Cty, FL
Rena
Mary Anne
Sim

Buck's death certificate states he was born in AL, but his son was born in Calhoun Cty, GA, where most of this family stayed. A few others moved to the Bay County area of FL.
