Someone has uploaded a tree to Ancestry and named it "HoweFamilyTree2-2008". A Carrie Saulsman is listed, with a death date of 1900 in Ohio.

I would like to get in touch with the owner of this tree. I have lots of information to share regarding Carrie Saulsman.
