Hello Robert

Many thanks for replying so promptly to my plea for information.

The significance of having said that I was not a professional researcher was that some people are a little suspicious in giving out information to professional researchers. That's all, nothing more.

Thank you also for the attachment to your message. I live in France with a world wide membership to Ancestry.com but it is still quite difficult to find genealogical information about the US of A on the internet.

Do you have any information on a Marilyn Brenner/Brummer who married Joseph L. Hrdina as his first wife (before he married Eleanor M. Steidl)? I am doing this research for a granddaughter of his from the first marriage.

Best wishes
Jacqui

My personal email address is:
sandjbowen17@hotmail.com

if you would like to reply to me personally.

Hi

I'm researching the Hrdina family from Bohemia for a friend (I am not a professional researcher).

All I can find so far about her family is that her mother was Joanne Marie Hrdina, whose father Joseph L. Hrdina married a Marilyn Brenner or Brummer.

I understand that Joseph L. Hrdina was a son of Karel (Charles) and Aloisie(Stehlik). Karel was born 1866 in Hostoulice, Caslav, Bohemia and Aloisie was born in 1869 in the same place.

They both died in Chicago, Illinois, he in 1933 and she in 1941.

Are these your family?

Best wishes
Jacqui Bowen
