I am a descendant of Lawrence Hubert who is from Lorraine, France. I'm looking for information on Lawrence and his brothers, Anton and Jacob.
Lawrence Hubert and his brothers (and possibly a sister and mother) ended up in Carlyle, IL for the most part, although, they did move around a bit before they settled down. I have a newspaper article from Carlyle that states that Lawrence had been married three times, but I only know of one of his wives, Catherine Handkamp.
They had three children: Catherine, Anthony and Nicholas. I don't know of any other children he may have had.
