Can anyone clarify Henry Hublers 1849 birthplace and parent's. Mary was born in Ohio. They were married in Indiana 1873. I have PA for Henry's birthplce and Micheal and Lydia as his parents., but I can't confirm. Thank -you for any help.

I have Charles Norman Hubler married to Dorisa Marie Davis. Charles' parents listed as David Ira Hubler and Lula Mae Platt. David Ira Hubler's parents listed as William H. Hubler and Pearl williams. William H's parents listed as William Hubler and Sarah Faust. 3 boys born to William and Sarah...Jacob, Henry and William H. Hope this helps!

My older half-sister did quite an extensive search for me and this is what she found (absent my father's birth and death certificates which I will be requesting soon):
His mother's maiden name was Balaza and he was born 8-26-20 in Ohio, I don't have the city though. He did marry once before (that I know of) before marrying my mother (Nancy A. Mead). His first wife was Cecile C. (no maiden name given) and had four children together: Edward, Jerry and two girls whose names I do not know (but will work to find out).

I know this isn't much, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
My maiden name is Elizabeth Ann Hubler. My father was Edward (I believe his middle name was William) Hubler. His parents died (of TB, I think) when he was quite young and he was sent to live with his Aunt (cannot remember her name...but Betty sounds familiar). I was taken away from my father when I was quite young, so I do not know much about my ancestry on his side. He passed away about fifteen years ago in Riverside, California.
My father did come from Ohio. My mother (Nancy Ann Mead) and father met in Chicago. I was born in Newcastle, PA and we moved to San Diego, California before I reached one year of age (my father was in the Navy, so we moved frequently). He did move back to Ohio for a couple of years in the mid-late 70s.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is all very interesting to me.

I have an original postcard photograph of “Charles and Anna Hubler”, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken in about 1913-1914. She looks about age 18, and he is about 22 yrs. old. This is probably their wedding photo.

I found Charles and Anna B. Hubler in the Chicago census for 1920 and 1930. In 1930, he was age 39 and she was 35. They were married at age 23, and 18 – which matches the ages in the photo. In 1930, they lived with their 3 girls, next to his parents John and Margaret Hubler in Chicago.

What I know isn't much, but here goes.

Mary Elizabeth Stout was baptised 26 Nov 1876 at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Seneca County, Ohio. Her parents were Henry Washington Stout and Christina Hellena "Ellen" Wurm. In the 1880's Henry and Ellen moved to Milford in Kosciusko County, Indiana. I have not found any marriage record for Mary Elizabeth Stout, nor do I have names for any of her children. All I know is that in the obituaries of other family members, she is listed as Mary Hubler of Detroit, Michigan. These obituaries are all from between 1939-1944.

Yes my family was in the Kosiusko coutny area. If Mary married a Hubler they were definitely related to our line. I unfortunately do not have any record of a Mary Stout.
I can tell you that Frank "Dewey" Hubler did move to Michigan with his wife Louis. I will contact my great Aunt. Perhaps she can shed some light on your questions. I will keep you posted.
I also had a wayward uncle...Ira, that was known to take several wives.
Do you have any background information about Mary, her parents or children from her marriage to the unknown Hubler? This could help alot.

Would you happen to know if he had a son David or a grandson Samuel (born 1849)? I am stuck there also. On Samuel death certificate the father is listed as David and the mother (what of it I can make out) is something like Elias Hesseber. The information was given by a Mrs. David Hubler and Samuel died on 26 May 1925 and he is buried in the Suedberg Church of Christ Cemetery in Suedberg, Schuylkill Co., PA. I have lots of information on Samuel's descendants but I to am stuck at a David Hubler. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached at nellers1@msn.com. Interested in you posting on the Hubler's. The Rebecca Hubler you mention married David Albright son of Jacob Albright a Gunsmith of Millheim Twp. originally came to Aaronsburg.
Also David's brother Zachariah Albright(my line) married Elizabeth Kramer, Elizabeths sister Mary Magdelena Kramer married a Adam Hubler who I have as dying 28 May 1840. I have information on David and Rebecca's(Peggy) family but don't have any on the child of Adam Hubler with Maria Magdelena. I made contact with them in 1996 and they gave me some limited information.You must come fromHarrold "Harry" Haas family since I can account for most of Charles Presley Hubler's family and I know from the people in NY that Margaret (?) only had one daughter and she was severely retarded, so there are no descendants from her.I also know that Harrold "Harry" Haas had two wives. Agnes M. Donnelly (married-June 28, 1917) and Mary E. Renne (married-February 8, 1919). I believe that Agnes died from the flu epidemic. I've been told that she had a son, Donald, that was about 6 months old at the time. I have a probate record for Harry that lists two children. The 2 names that you speak of are the same person... There are 2 Randy Hublers in the area but the one you speak of (son of "Chip" Hubler and married Vanessa Shoffner) are the same person. I am not closely related to the Randy that you speak of but, since I'm new to the geneology arena, I'm looking for ancestry of the other Randy Hubler (Father was Blaine (Mitch) Hubler, Grandfather was Floyd Hubler). Karl Henry Hubler married 21 Apr 1858 in Osage County, MO Mary A Saunders/Sanders born abt 1839 in MO. Mary's parents were Abner Saunders/Sanders and Mary "Polly" Gilbert. Polly's mother's white name was Betsy. This Saunders /Sanders family is Native American our oral history tells us Cherokee.

I'm trying to track down a Maria Elizabeth (or Mary Elizabeth) STOUT, born in 1876 whose family lived in Kosciusko County. In the obituaries of her siblings, she is listed as Mary HUBLER of Detroit, Michigan. Any idea if she perhaps married into your Kos. Co. Hubler family?
