Anyone who has the Bill Huckins book or has extracted information from it on David Huckins should make a note that the information is incorrect. David Huckins was not born in 1795 and was not the son of Issac Huckins of Pittsfield, NH. I have done extensive research in the Pittsfield town tax/deed/birth records and Issac never had a son David nor did he ever leave NH nor would his wife have had reasons to be in Washington County Maine when David was born. I have the correct date of birth and have found his death record if anyone wants to update their information. He was born in Washington County, Maine in the section set off as Pembroke (from #2) and he died in Dennysville.
