I have descendants from Joseph Williamson Huddart b. 1806 in Wigton, the son of William and Elizabeth who married in 1806. I am a direct descendent of this Joseph. In fact, both my Dad and brother were also called Joseph.

Joseph Williamson b. 24 Oct 1806, Wigton (Christened 21 Dec, 1806, Wigton, Cumbria) d. 1880 Dec qtr 8c 265 aged 73 M. Susanna Jordan, 22 Jul, 1827, Wigton, Cumberland, England. Susanna b. around 1801 to 03 Scotland d. 1869, Bolton, Lancashire, England. Their children are:

James b. 1823 (born in Scotland – per 1881 Census)
Joseph Wllliamson Huddart b. 1831, Liverpool baptised 27 May 1832, St. Michael, Liverpool re. England and Wales Baptism records 1530 – 1906.
William b. 1827 or 1828, Wigton, Cumbria, (Christened 4 Jan, 1828, Wigton, Cumbria) Parish register printouts of Wigton, Cumberland, England (Independent, Water Street); christenings, 1823-1837)
Betsey b. 1834, Christened 16 Jul, 1834, Wigton, Cumberland (Ref: Parish register printouts of Wigton, Cumberland, England (Independent, Water Street) ; christenings, 1823-1837)
Letitia b. 1836, Christened 17 Jun, 1836, Wigton Cumberland (Ref: Parish register printouts of Wigton, Cumberland, England (Independent, Water Street) ; christenings, 1823-1837)
