Hello, I am at a dead end trying to find a GG Grandmother and GG Grandfather. The only thing I have is my grand father was Marcus J. Hudgins his father was Marion Hudgins who we think was born in GA. possibly "Hall county GA." I have found a census where My G-grandfather Marion was living in McDowell county NC. and his mother was listed with him and she was listed as "Mary A. Ryfield" I cannot find anything on a marriage an wonder if 1- maybe she never married or 2- maybe she had remarried. If anyone has anything pertaining to these names please contact me.
