Who was Rev. George Hume's father? I have a copy of the book "History of the Hume Family" by John Robert Hume and it says his father was William Hume, son of Emigrant George Hume. BUT many other trees say his father is John Hume, son of Emigrant George Hume. Is there any proof of who his parents are?
