I am searching for family members in the Huron family in the San Antonio area. My grand father was Martin Huron, b: 1896, d 1942; he had a brother named Blas Huron Jr.b 1898 d 1977. Their father's name was Blas Huron who was married to a Clara Olvera. After Clara Olvera died, date unkown, Blas remarried to a Cruz, last name unkown. I have found a Blas Huron, son of a Jose Maria Huron. Don't know if this is one and the same gg grandfather.
The birth certificate for my grandfather, Martin, lists he was born in San Marcos, Hayes county. My GG Grandfather, Blas is listed as being born in Bergs Mill, TX. which is located down in the Missions area along the S.P. RR, Old Corpus Christi Rd, and Brooks Air Force Base. Clara Olvera Huron is listed as being born in Luling TX.
