Re the Huston vs Huston Lawsuit in Rockingham Co., Va. I am a descendant of the mentioned David Huston, son of John, grandson of Archibald Huston,Sr., (Archibald, Sr who married Mary Ann Stephenson.)

The children of Archibald & Mary Ann Stephenson Huston:
John Huston, died 1813, Rockingham, he married Mary Ann Miller, they had 11 children, David, d. 1864, being the youngest son. The other sons of Archibald Huston, Sr.are mentioned in the lawsuit: Stephen (Stephenson) (1755, Va-abt 1831, Hustonville, Lincoln Co., Ky,) Nathan, (b. 1752, Va-d. abt 1804, Archibald Huston, Jr, (b. Va, d. abt 1851, Lincoln Co., Ky), George Huston, lived & died in Rockingham Co., Va. Had issue. Son, James Huston, died before age 21, Va.

The children of John Huston, dec'd (b. abt 1751 d. 1813, R'ham)
Archibald Huston, s/o John, dec'd before the lawsuit, his widow, Patty, had a dau, Polly. I do not know if/when Patty Huston remarried. No info on Polly Huston.
Walter Houston, s/o John & Mary Ann Miller, removed to Tn, Ind, Ill., had a large family.
Peter Eyler (Eiler) was adm of Joseph Huston, d. 1815, s/o John & Mary Ann Huston. (One of John & Mary Ann Miller Huston's daughters married William Eiler). I have no info on widow of Joseph nor his dau, Jeanetta.
Patsy Huston, d/o John & Mary Ann Miller Huston, married Julius Foster. I have more info.
Grizzy (Grace Ann) Huston, d/o John & Mary Ann Miller Huston, m. Joseph Mahoy.
Polly and Sophia Huston (she married, had lg family(, daus of John & Mary Ann Miller Huston, I have more info.

I have info on the younger children of John & Mary Ann Miller Huston, namely: Nathan (married and removed to Ill), Cynthia, married, is buried in Cross Keys Cemetery, R'ham Co., Va), Jane, married twice, buried in Cross Keys Cem, Cynthia & Jane are buried on either side of their mother, Mary Ann Miller Huston in Cross Keys), George Huston, s/o John & Mary A. Miller Huston, married, had a family, David Huston, married and had 6 children. He is buried in Craig Co., Va. One of his daughters is my great-grandmother.

I do not think I am related to the William Huston, who married Mary (poss. Burke), but do have the following info.

DAR Mag Vol 59, pg 236 Query # 12237: William Houston, the first known white settler of Washington Co., Pa..his daughter, Polly, married Archibald Kerr.
