I am trying to locate info on ancestors of Moses Hutto b. in SC in 1842 and Zantipper Wheary Hutto. They were my gg grandparents. I have information that Moses parents were Joseph Hutto b. 1802 in SC. Mother was Elizabeth. Don't know anything else about her. Zantipper was born about 1850 in MS and died 4/22/1935 in Tuskahoma, OK. Moses and Zantipper moved from MS to ARK between 1864 and 1877. Other children born to Joseph and Elizabeth were:

Lydia 1827 in SC

Matsie 1832 in SC (name may have been Martin. There is a Martin born around 1834 in SC who is listed on the census of 1860 in Choctaw, MS on the same page and dwelling as Joseph and Elizabeth)

James 1845 in MS
Elender 1849 in MS
Joseph 1855 in MS

There was 28 years between the first and last child. Maybe Joseph had a second wife.
