Surnames: Waddoups (HUXTABLE)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Maybe we are related through a commom ancestor:

I would like to locate anybody who has anything to share with me with in my
research for my fathers family and their decendants who came to this country from England around 1900. Would you please help me?
I am contacting you in an attempt to find out where my relatives are, what they are doing, etc. What happened to the HUXTABLE FAMILY? I Know very little about them, and would like to look at my lineage. Just like a dog, you would like to see his papers. I haven't found the guy that stole the horse yet.

I am Richard John Waddoups, (wife: Marilyn Ann Hartung)
I was adopted by Thomas Marr Waddoups when I was 5 years old, and had very little contact with my natural father until I was an adult in the Marine Corps in 1956. I tracked my father down then and had a brief re-union and a couple of visits since, which did not reveal much in the way of family information. His ex wife, Winifred Louise McGill married my step dad who adopted me ang we have lived in Hawaii all this time. I was well provided for by my adopted father, but have always wanted to know about the Huxtable side of me.
Hopefully you can e-mail or USPO mail me your pedigree chart to P.O. Box 10068, Honolulu, Hi 96816-0068. I will gladly share what I have with you.
This what I have been able to squeeze out of any relative who would sit still for a few minutes.

My father: Donald Jack Huxtable, born 27 Dec. 1911 in Sacramento, Calif. His father: John James Huxtable, born 15 Dec. 1879 in Bournemouth, England, (Wife,Adeline G. Scaldwell, born 11 Mar 1881 in Putney, England), they were married in Calgary, Canada 25 Dec. 1908 .He had a stationery store in northern California. There was a daughter named Elsie Grace and I don't of any other children. I have tried to contact my aunt Grace, but have run into a dead end. His father: James Huxtable (Wife,Mary Jeanes)

As you can see, I don't have very much
