Lewis Hvizdak, 26, son of Rev. and Mrs. Andrew Hvizdak of the Lutheran Church here (Pleasant City, Ohio) died Nov. 15, 1956 at University Hospital, Columbus.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by six brothers and sisters.
